Jim Scheer, President
Jim attended Central Missouri State University for four years and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration. Before, during, and after college, Jim achieved 12 years experience in the hospitality field working for Hilton Hotels as the Director of Restaurants, Ramada Inn as the Restaurant Manager, and Old Spaghetti Factory as the General Manager. Jim made a career change in 1997 and has been in the audiovisual systems integration business since. One of the founding partners of ITG, Jim has attained many industry certifications including his CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), a certification that is recognized worldwide in the A/V industry, from ICIA (International Communications and Industries Association).

George Brosie, Director of Engineering
George started his career working for audiovisual companies in Missouri.
Developing a loyal following of customers, he created BESCO, Inc., a specialized systems integration company that focused on design, engineering, and installation. After nine years in business, George recognized another tremendous opportunity. In 2004, BESCO was acquired by Innovative Technology Group (ITG), creating one of the more powerful unions in audiovisual systems integration in the Midwest. George’s current role at Innovative Technology Group is Director of Systems Engineering. He is in
charge of integrating the design, sales and technical teams to create a smooth
transition from one integral part of the project to the next.

Gary Koester, Service Manager
Gary’s position as Service Manager with Innovative Technology Group is his most recent segment of a 30-year career in the audiovisual industry. A musician from the start, Gary parlayed his passion for playing into the production side of the business, where he excelled as an audio engineer in both live and studio production. Gary started his own business for the sales, design, and installation of professional AV equipment and services.
In addition to a 10-year stint at Maritz Communications, where he provided audio during multimedia presentations for Fortune 500 companies, Gary also designed and engineered promotional touring packages for MTV Networks. For the next dozen years, Gary transitioned into audiovisual systems integration. During this time, he completed industry courses by the NSCA, ISF, and manufacturer’s training. As Lead Electronic Systems Technician, he designed and installed electronic, audio, and video systems for residential and commercial markets. Areas of expertise include system integration, programming, service/troubleshooting, onsite project management, client training, and business operations.

Samuel W. Wood, Vice President of Sales, Unified Comm.
As Vice President of Sales, Unified Communications, Sam is positioning the Company to become a leader in Unified Communication (UC) solutions as a premier UC integrator.
Mr. Wood has also worked for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Apple Computer, WAM!NET (now owned by SAVVIS) and Digital Broadcast Networks (Intira Corp). While at Apple, he was a technical trainer responsible for network and communications, open systems, engineering and imaging solutions. Mr. Wood also served on the new market development team for Technical Markets and provided support as an application engineer to build integrated solutions for partners. Mr. Wood also served as the North American senior channel manager for the Masters of Media Marketing program that focused on developing marketing strategies for consultants, resellers and VARs in topics ranging from publishing to the Internet to new media.
Mr. Wood has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and lives in Defiance, MO with his wife and three children.

Chris Meyer, Vice President of Information Technology
Chris Meyer is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a dual degree in Computer Science and Business Management. He started his career nearly 20 years ago as an applications programmer working for the Government as a contractor. Since then Chris has been with the Color Art family of companies since 1995, starting out as a Network Administrator and eventually becoming the VP of information technology in 2003. Along with many internal responsibilities, Chris is also responsible for the design, engineering and implementation of the various technologies we provide. Chris has earned several certifications including MCSE, MCP, A+, CNE and CNA.
Chris lives in St. Peters with his Wife Kari and is the proud father of Ryan, Madison and Alex.

Frank Weir, General Manager, Chicago
As General Manager for the Innovative Technology Group, Chicago office, Frank oversees the business, operational and administrative functions of the sales and technical team.
Prior to joining Innovative Technology Group, Frank worked at Fox River Graphics as their Business Development Manager. His duties were to evaluate the company’s existing business and markets with the goal of developing products and services with higher margin potential. He's also held management positions in sales, marketing, and key or national accounts with Barco, AGFA and Polaroid.
Franks holds a Bacheleor of Science degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey
