All innovative Technology Group (ITG) workmanship has a one-year warranty.  This includes installation, programming, alignments, cable terminations, and any other workmanship related service.  If, at any time, during the first year of operation a system component fails due to the direct result of workmanship, ITG will troubleshoot and resolve the issue within an agreed upon time frame between ITG and the client. 

ITG offers a variety of proactive service agreements. We call them our QAP-Quality Assurance Program. Depending upon your service needs, we offer guaranteed response times, equipment loaner programs, same day/next day on site service, preventative maintenance visits, to name a few.
