Senior Account Executive - St. Louis Office

       

OVERVIEW


Purpose and Scope
The Senior Account Executive will sell ITG and all of its related products and services. The Senior Account Executive will commit to all of ITG's quality control procedures and processes as documented.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Responsibilities
Internal
1. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for assisting the VP of Sales in developing their individual sales plans/goals.

2. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the development and penetration of their territory/accounts as assigned by the VP of Sales.

3. The Senior Account Executive will promote "Think Inc" throughout their account base to further enhance their position and Color Art Integrated Interior's market presence as the sole source for integrating Architecture, Furniture, and Technology.

4. Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales.

5. Able to Present to large groups.

External
1. Represents ITG and Color Art Integrated Interiors at Business and Professional functions.

Organization Relationships
• The Senior Account Executive reports directly to the VP of Sales/President.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS


Education and Training

The Senior Account Executive is required to have education/training in the following areas:

• A minimum of a 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
• ICIA CTS, Essentials of AV, and AV from A to Z Certifications are required to obtain within one year of employment start date
• Knowledge and basic understanding of all aspects of the Systems Integration business
• Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the ITG sales process
• Presentation skills

Technical Requirements

The Senior Account Executive is required to read and understand technical and non-technical documents as related to the sales of and contracts for ITG's products and services. This includes the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical team members. The Senior Account Executive must be computer literate and able to perform basic software and presentation functions such as the utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience

The Senior Account Executive shall have 2 years of successful selling experience. Success is defined as continued revenue growth over the 2 year period as well as profitable growth.
